Rialto Stairway Ghost photo debunked by NOPS

NOPS team debunks a photograph that was posted on the web of being an apparition of a woman with a long dress floating at the midway section of the stairway.

Location: Old Church in Rialto
This was a joint investigation between OCPS & NOPS.
