Jim Van Eeckhoutte Co-Founder and lead investigator of NOPS. Jim (aka class clown) has investigated the Paranormal world off and on since 2005. He is a lead investigator with a thirst to find the answers to what happens to those that cross over, just the thrill of the unknown is compelling. Jim has a scientific approach to investigating and will go out of his way to help anyone understand what he knows or does not know;)  He runs a machine shop by day and is a paranormal investigator by night.

Shawn Van Eeckhoutte Lead Tech / Investigator for NOPS. Shawn, brother of Jim was brought in to handle the high tech demand and constantly changing style of equipment for live productions and paranormal investigations. Shawn is a 25 year veteran freelance cameraman, video tech. and rigging engineer. He has an extensive background in developing and modifying new types of equipment for cameras, lights, safety issues etc. He is always on the look out for new techniques and ideas for making paranormal investigations work easier with faster set up times. Shawn has an interest in the paranormal but is also known as the group skeptic to the most common mistakes that are thought to be paranormal. He has debunked several cases from NOPS. Shawn is also the official videographer/editor for NOPS. Shawn is in charge of the large array of investigative equipment used, cables, etc. He is also head engineer and producer of media for NOPStv.com and has custom built two multi-cam/multi-audio live webcast units (NOPScaster I & II). He also developed the Paranormal Pathlight for the ultimate seeing device for investigators walking around in dark and dangerous places.
