Probably the most controversial subject amongst the paranormal community is the Orb. Many claim it to be either spiritual energy or energy that is emitted from a source (i.e. powerlines, heat energy, batteries, people, etc).  Others claim it to be just out of focus dust or moisture floating in the air. The above picture was captured by me with my point and shoot Sony camera in the Queen Mary pool area in 2008, I personally think this is dust and rust, you notice the red tint of one of the "Orbs". The picture below is from a different area, but you will notice a difference, dust or particles are in focus and the background is out of focus.

So its good practice to think twice and double check your pictures before posting and claiming them to be paranormal.
